    Join Our Team as an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Sr Resource at PepsiCo Beverages North America - Make an Impact at Our Fresno, CA Manufacturing Facility!

    At PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA), we believe in fostering a workplace where safety, inclusivity, and continuous improvement are at the core of everything we do. We seek a dedicated Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Sr Resource passionate about driving safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT), and promoting accident prevention and injury management at our Houston manufacturing and warehousing location.

    Responsibilities

    As an EHS Sr Resource, you'll lead initiatives that integrate safety and environmental programs into our day-to-day operations. Your expertise will guide us in achieving sustained improvements in safety performance, compliance, and environmental stewardship. You'll be instrumental in supporting the location's manufacturing teams, identifying solutions for workplace safety, and leading a proactive approach to EHS management.

    In this role, you will:

    • Ensure adherence to PepsiCo's EHS policies and federal, state, and local regulations.

    • Oversee the local EHS budget.

    • Lead the development and execution of EHS Annual Operating and Action Plans.

    • Achieve goals for Lost Time, Recordable, Severity, and Environmental rates.

    • Develop and implement strategies to prevent workplace injuries and environmental incidents.

    • Conduct EHS training, assessments, and audits to maintain compliance.

    • Perform risk assessments and implement effective control measures.

    • Act as a change leader, influencing continuous improvement in safety performance.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,400 - $127,850.

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

    • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree.

    • 5 years of EHS experience.

    • EHS management systems and auditing experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 7 years of EHS experience.

    • EHS management experience in consumer-packaged goods, distribution, manufacturing, or grocery industries.

    Skills and Capabilities:

    • Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking skills.

    • Demonstrates solid problem-solving and organizational skills.

    • Professional maturity with the ability to lead and influence change.

    • Functional EHS knowledge in safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental regulations.

    • Proven skills in managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects.

    • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
