Responsibilities
The Marketing Equipment Supervisor (MES) contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by leading the marketing equipment (coolers, vendors and fountain) placement and maintenance of equipment for a territory and leading the Service Technicians. This person is responsible for the supervision of frontline employees; they must lead, coach and support their team to achieve both productivity and customer service objectives.
Ensure the marketing equipment assets (coolers, vendors, fountain and other types) are maintained in a clean and organized manner
Select, coach, train and develop marketing equipment service technicians
Route ride with marketing equipment service technicians in order to coach them on processes and develop their technical skills
Minimize equipment downtime
Ensure that equipment is moved and delivered per customer requirements according to PBC policies
Ensure the Marketing Equipment department meets the annual operating plan budget

Comepensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 - $117,000.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, preferred
Electrical and/or Refrigeration license is an asset
2-3 years of Operations experience required
Ability to demonstrate mechanical, electrical and refrigeration aptitude
Supervisory experience, preferred
Experience in a related industry, including consumer packaged goods, or vending, is a strong asset
Professional accomplishments that reflect self-motivation and initiative
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills required
Ability to accommodate frequent travel requirements Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite
