Responsibilities

• Develop customized Marketing POS for our customers and our field to bring our brands to life in-store

• Communicate directly with sales representatives for approval of art

• Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Shopper Marketing team to ensure our designs line up with key priorities for our brands and our West Division

• Collaborate with Production Team and/or Foodservice Designer to ensure timely delivery of tools

• Occasional creation of digital advertisements

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues on all equipment

• Conducts finish work, including, cutting, laminating, and binding

• Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels

• Track waste, spoilage, usage and inventory, and service credits

• Additional functions incidental to printing and administrative activities

• Ability to weigh and manage expectations

• Knowledge of layout principles, aesthetic design concepts, branding, typography and color theory

• Video editing capabilities for occasional projects

• Possess the ability to take direction as well as contribute own ideas

• Responsive and efficient

• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects adhering to strict timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800.

• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field strongly preferred; would consider 5 years of experience as a designer in a print shop with portfolio

• Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

• Excellent layout design skills

• Excellent written/verbal communication skills

• Strong Photoshop/Illustrator skills (other Adobe Creative Suite program knowledge is a plus)

• Ability to stand during entire shift; ability to move, carry, and lift 60 lbs; ability to bend/twist at waist and knees on a consistent basis

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members

• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
