Responsibilities
Develop customized Marketing POS for our customers and our field to bring our brands to life in-store
Communicate directly with sales representatives for approval of art
Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Shopper Marketing team to ensure our designs line up with key priorities for our brands and our West Division
Collaborate with Production Team and/or Foodservice Designer to ensure timely delivery of tools
Occasional creation of digital advertisements
Troubleshoot mechanical issues on all equipment
Conducts finish work, including, cutting, laminating, and binding
Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels
Track waste, spoilage, usage and inventory, and service credits
Additional functions incidental to printing and administrative activities
DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:
Project Management skills
Ability to weigh and manage expectations
Knowledge of layout principles, aesthetic design concepts, branding, typography and color theory
Video editing capabilities for occasional projects
Possess the ability to take direction as well as contribute own ideas
Responsive and efficient
Ability to organize and manage multiple projects adhering to strict timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field strongly preferred; would consider 5 years of experience as a designer in a print shop with portfolio
Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
Excellent layout design skills
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Strong Photoshop/Illustrator skills (other Adobe Creative Suite program knowledge is a plus)
Ability to stand during entire shift; ability to move, carry, and lift 60 lbs; ability to bend/twist at waist and knees on a consistent basis
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
Ability to work with minimal supervision
