Compensation and Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,400 - $127,850.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Experience: At least 2-3 years of professional experience as a full-stack developer or in relevant front-end/back-end roles.
Front-End: Proven experience (1+ years) with React.js, including component-based architecture, state management and front-end routing.
Solid experience (1+ years) with either Node.js (with frameworks like Express.js) OR Spring Boot (Java).
Strong understanding of core JavaScript concepts (ES6+).
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with at least one relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) database.
Experience with version control tools (Git)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
