    Responsibilities

    • Develop innovative beverage recipes that align with market trends and consumer preferences.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and R&D, to ensure mixology initiatives align with broader business objectives.

    • Enhance the consumer beverage experience by crafting innovative mixology solutions that inspire consumer delight.

    • Provide training and support for mixology demonstrations and events to ensure effective showcase and adoption.

    • Contribute to the strategic planning of mixology initiatives to drive meaningful market impact.

    • Coordinate with external partners and vendors to source high-quality ingredients and flavorings for mixology recipes.

    • Stay informed about future beverage trends and create solutions that resonate with consumers.

    • Ensure all mixology solutions comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

    • Assess the performance of mixology initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

    • Promote a culture of innovation within the mixology team and across the organization.

    • These accountabilities ensure that the L7 position effectively supports the Mixology initiatives in the Away From Home sector, driving innovation and enhancing consumer experiences.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,900 - $128,700

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process

    • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
