    Position summary

    Responsibilities

    • Annual Operating Plan - development of, and adherence to, the approved operating plan

    • Warehouse performance in accordance with SOP practices and procedures

    • Product Integrity - ensure product stewardship/integrity starting at inbound through outbound including storage and handling

    • Manage warehouse productivity through best practices and identifying continuous improvement opportunities

    • Inventory Accuracy - manage inventory through cycle count program (1200+ SKUs) of semi-finished goods.

    • Customer Service - ensure customer service levels are maintained or exceeded

    • Compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulatory requirements (EPA, DOT, OSHA, HAZMAT) including but not limited to proper permitting, licenses, and employee training

    • Organizational Capability - building and sustaining organizational capability, employee development, positive employee relations, and a strong workplace culture

    • Manage expenses to achieve budgeted targets and company goals

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100.

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

    • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

    • Minimum of 10 years of distribution center / logistics experience

    • Deep understanding of supply chain, inventory, and distribution operations

    • Strong leadership, business partnering, influencing, collaboration, and conflict management skills

    • Must be able to work independently within guidelines, lead initiatives, and apply sound business judgment

    • Excellent communications and problem-solving skills

    • Able to train workforce and supervise program planning and implementation to meet regulatory requirements

    • Ability to lead, inspire, and lead change management and organizational change

    • Mentor and develop talent at all levels

    • SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred

    • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office experience required
