    Position summary

    an entry-level Logistics & Transportation Account Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for external customers, ensuring their transportation and logistics requirements are met with professionalism, precision, and urgency. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, is passionate about solving complex challenges in transportation and supply chain management, and is eager to develop expertise in account management and logistics operations.

    • Schedule appointments for pickups and deliveries.

    • Track drivers and shipments to ensure on-time performance.

    • Resolve issues quickly and professionally.

    • Provide excellent customer service and account management support.

    • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

    • Create and deliver customer presentations.

    • Conduct phone sales and manage customer interactions.

    • Stay highly organized while juggling multiple priorities.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (operations, sales, finance, etc)

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $59,400 - $92,600.

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma/GED required with 3-5 yrs industry experience.

    • Bachelors preferred (Business or Supply Chain)

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.

    • Comfort with phone-based sales and customer outreach.

    • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.

    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

    • Prior experience in customer service, logistics, or account management is a plus, but not required.
