Training and Auditing: Conduct EHS training, assessments, and audits to maintain compliance.
Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments and implement effective control measures.
Leadership and Communication: Act as a change leader, influencing continuous improvement in safety performance.
What We're Looking For:
Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking skills.
Organized and Analytical: Demonstrates solid problem-solving and organizational skills.
Change Leader: Professional maturity with the ability to lead and influence change.
Technical Knowledge: Functional EHS knowledge in safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree with 7-9 years of EHS experience or High School Diploma with 15+ years of EHS experience.
Preferred Experience: EHS management in consumer packaged goods, distribution, manufacturing, or grocery industries.
EHS Management Systems: Experience with EHS management systems and auditing.
