Implementation of an effective safety and environmental maintenance program
Regular scheduled task reviews and update
Auditing of task completion
Analyze major equipment losses and breakdowns
Maintain plant Inventory records and machine histories and machine numbering
Propose improvement recommendations
Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm with overtime as needed.
Compensation & Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 - $67,000.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years within Maintenance Planning
Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics
Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Technical abilities to resolve complex engineering plant breakdowns
Ability to read maintenance manuals and Engineering Drawings (P&IDs, SLDs, Isometric, etc)
Ability to work weekends and overtime is required
