sks, identifying the proper supervisor, estimating the manpower, determining and obtaining material requirements, listing safety, contractor, and special requirements, producing specification sheets, and estimating job costs.
Scheduling work orders will include: prioritizing work with operations and maintenance supervisors, accumulating and assembling details for all maintenance work to be performed, determining manpower availability through production, Preventative Maintenance and shutdown schedules, scheduling work to be done, assigning shift/supervisor/individual to perform work, arranging support help, printing weekly schedules, printing copies of work orders for individuals doing the work.
Reviewing work orders in process.
Reviewing completed work orders.
Generate reports measuring maintenance performance.
Generate PM's through the Pearl Maintenance System and distribute.
Track and report PM backlogs by specific category.
Review completed PM's for completeness parts used (inventory deletion), labor hours vs. plan , and follow-up repairs.
Coordinate maintenance PM schedules towards scheduled downtime.
Review effectiveness of PM activities. Review emergency/unscheduled Work orders.
Coordinate modifications of PM's with maintenance staff.
Perform PM audits to verify actual repair is completed.
Perform Pearl training for all associates and required personnel.
Coordinate PM assignment and parts availability to complete work assignments.
Provide spending reports to manager by specific categories.
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,000 - $100,500.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Position Qualification (Not Required)
Entry Level Maintenance Technician or above.
Capable of analyzing cause/effect of equipment failure.
Develop action plans to prevent critical equipment failures.
Must have desire and ability to manipulate data in a computer system.
Must be familiar with PM Program and requirements.
Track equipment history.
Direct cost to the appropriate departments.
Equipment performance analysis.
Organize and maintain technical reference files.
Maintain good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have good technical aptitude (mechanical and electrical.) Experience with CMMS/Predictive/Preventative Maintenance.
Schedule and prioritize daily operational activities. (i.e. work orders)
Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Access/Project.
Strong problem solving abilities and excellent oral and written communication skills.
