Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize agriculture processes across markets.
Facilitate process redesign sessions and document future-state workflows.
Monitor performance and adoption metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Develop and deliver communication plans that build awareness, understanding, and commitment.
Collaborate with growers, suppliers, and internal teams to address challenges and ensure solutions meet user needs.
Prepare and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and feedback loops to drive adoption.
Program & Project Integration
Partner with S&T, Digital programs at regions and functional teams to ensure process readiness before system launches.
Manage interdependencies between initiatives, highlighting risks and mitigation actions.
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
6+ years of experience in change management, business process improvement, or transformation roles.
Proven track record of leading organizational change for technology or digital initiatives.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in agriculture, supply chain, or food & beverage industry is a plus.
Prosci or other change management certification desirable.
