About the PepsiCo Foods United States Foods Strategy & Transformation Function:
The PepsiCo Foods United States Foods Strategy & Transformation function plays the lead role in charting the long-term growth, transformation and portfolio development of the U.S. Foods Operating Unit (OU). We are tasked with shaping the future of the business and ensuring the company invests in the assets and capabilities needed to stay ahead of the competition and maintain market leadership. This entails developing actionable solutions for some of the most challenging issues facing the company.

Joining the U.S. Foods Strategy & Transformation function will enable you to experience the breadth of U.S. Foods extensive portfolio and deepen your understanding of the business and industry.
About the Team:
As a Strategy Manager, you will contribute to a range of critical and impactful business priorities. Key responsibilities of the team include the following:
Build the long-term enterprise strategy of U.S. Foods to deliver sustainable, profitable growth
Serve as the internal consulting team and business partners to U.S. Foods and the Sr. Leadership team
Shape business development by leading the evaluation of M&A and partnership in partnership with the Business Development and M&A functions
Collaborate and partner across brands, functions and divisions in U.S. Foods to drive strategic initiatives to action
Partner across other Strategy & Transformation teams and efforts worldwide as applicable
Responsibilities
Provide thought partnership to Senior Executives and business partners on a range of critical topics
Identify and deconstruct business issues and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to evaluate
Demonstrate strong leadership and significant influence management skills with the ability to gain credibility with Senior Executives while challenging the status quo
Build "Executive ready" project deliverables, including presentations for the PepsiCo Executive Committee and Board of Directors
Serve as critical member of teams consisting of Analysts, Managers, and Directors; oversee analysis and presentation materials to ensure conclusions are grounded in fact
Execute against time-sensitive requests from North America's Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer and VP of U.S. Foods Strategy as well as cross-functional business leaders and partners
Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic / geopolitical trends
Contribute to capability building for the Global Strategy function (e.g., Recruiting, Training, Knowledge Management, etc.)
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
3+ years of strategy experience in a variety of positions both internally and externally (top-tier Consulting firm experience strongly preferred)
Bachelors in an analytical discipline (e.g., Business, Engineering, Economics or Science)
Highly analytical, motivated, decisive thought leader with excellent managerial skills
Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine questions, and develop analytical frameworks
Outstanding project management skills
High Emotional Intelligence and verbal and written communication skills that educate and influence senior leaders; ability to "manage up"
Experience managing teams and partnering with multiple business functions
Love of Consumer Packaged Goods and our brands (experience in consumer industries preferred)
Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences
