Will lead the 2nd Shift Arlington Manufacturing Team by developing and implementing strategies which will improve customer satisfaction and deliver business results while developing strong organizational capability.
Will support general org health targets by communicating clearly and early to the team, ensuring accountability is consistent and fair, and supporting the operations team
Responsibilities
World-Class Safety:
Carry out Culture based safety conversations
Set an example to all employees, take a continuous improvement approach to safety
Identification/reduction of immediate/project related/potential safety hazards
Support/ lead root cause analysis of EHS risks
Follow all applicable facility health, safety, and environmental requirements (e.g. PPE policy) and procedures for reporting incidents and/or injuries per the PepsiCo Employee Handbook.
Authority to immediately address safety risks
Assist in continuous improvement of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, GEHSMS programs and procedures through active participation in the near-miss/good catch program.
World-Class Quality:
Ensure as much as possible to put systems in place (training/ technology) to prevent Customer Complaints & not Right First Time (CPMO/nRFT)
Support Flawless New Product Introduction
Ensure area maintains Successful AIBI Global Standards
Compliance with all Manufacturing GMP and Plant Food Safety & Quality Policies
Adherence to FSSC 22000 and FSMA standards to ensure the production of a safe product.
World Class Service /Data/Controls:
Ensure Service to DCs >OFI 96.5%
Yield targets are met
Process Owner: Drive continuous improvement in both batching and filling
Drive the effectiveness of the Manufacturing GCS process and implement process improvements where necessary while always maintaining robust control design and execution. Ensure control awareness by all participants in the process through quarterly GCS process walkthrough
Development/Execution of Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring O/T and other MOH are on track
Establish and provide direction to Manufacturing and team in order to ensure the AOP end of year targets are met
Provide a pipeline of productivity ideas for future
Develop World Class People via training and assessments and 30/60/90 reviews for new hires
Develop technical/leadership capability thru various systems i.e., concentrate university for Frontline Direct Reports to ensure a pipeline of talent
PMP / Values / Code of Conduct /Anti-Bribery / DIRTW compliance to 100% for self and Supply Chain team
Responsible for maintaining and complying with all applicable PepsiCo, Federal, State, and Local regulations and standards
Closing PO's and clearing COGI's - investigating inventory discrepancies
Kronos time management.
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 - $117,000.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Requires at least 5 years of experience in a similar role or industry
Strong negotiation, communication, and influence skills
Strong leadership skills with the ability to establish a vision, establish a strategic plan, manage change, and develop personnel
High level of analytical/financial skills with demonstrated ability to use data to identify/prioritize improvement opportunities
History of the ability to manage multiple projects with various priorities simultaneously with success
High level of urgency to provide World Class results
Good communications skills and leadership
