    Position summary

    This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages North America by being responsible for all inventory ordering, load tracking, and various other administrative tasks. This person will also be involved in all Period closes, which occur on Sundays once per period. This position is based in Hurricane, Utah

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the training of all warehouse personnel to include onboarding new team members

    • Work with location leadership to improve processes and help reinforce processes and training.

    • Primary point of contact for Systems Administration

    • Perform weekly full inventory count, recounting all variances and communicate as needed

    • Perform cycle count on all items produced previous day

    • Manage relationships with Suppliers and vendors, act as point of contact for carriers scheduling loads, maintain schedule

    • Process inbound/outbound BOL's accurately and enter adjustments

    • Develop daily pick sheet of top ten SKUs and oldest product

    • Ensure close dated product is marked and segregated

    • Ensure picker sheets are updated and ready for loaders

    • Ensure breakage and repack is recorded and entered into NIS daily

    • Participate and ensure warehouse is prepared for all period and quarterly close processes

    • Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards and training

    • Identify and execute productivity opportunities to help facility meet annual operating plan

    • You will have a regular presence on the plant floor and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs

    • This role may operate forklift and manufacturing equipment occasionally

    • May require off-shift and weekend work with some travel

    • Reconcile full goods inventory for warehouse.

    • Analyze daily, weekly, and period end inventory counts and generate period end reports

    • Troubleshoot inventory variances as required

    • Enter bills of lading, purchases and transfers

    • Weekly balancing of transfers in/out of other facilities

    • Lead period close process consistent with GCS control standards

    • Monitor day supply and replenish product to meet daily inventory activity needs

    • Maintain GCS gate controls and Complete Gat Control LCA's

    • Maintain Food Safety and Heath Safety Environmental controls

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,300 - $111,000.

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

    • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

    Qualifications

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office

    • Previous experience in preparing Excel spreadsheets

    • Must be able to work overtime and weekends when required

    • Must be available by phone as needed

    • Strong organizational skills

    • Strong leadership skills

    • Strong communication skills

    Preferred Job Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

    • Previous Inventory Experience
