PepsiCo's Payroll team is part of Payment Services within GBS Control. We provide excellent payroll services to North America and Canada, keeping our workforce focused on delivering our great products to consumers. Our GBS Control Payroll Team is a passionate group of experts dedicated to providing quality service, leadership and maintaining PepsiCo's high customer satisfaction. The Payroll Hourly Associate Analyst is a professional with applicable knowledge and skill to support PepsiCo's workforce management processes and Field HR payroll admins.
Responsibilities
Partner cross-functionally with a variety of teams to deliver projects and process enhancements
Validate weekly Kronos files feed accurately and completely into SAP ensuring all sites have accounted for their populations - Make decisions, execute action
Represent GBS Control on workforce management projects within North America- Make decisions, inform others, consult
Ensure established system and process best practices and harmonization efforts are maintained - Make decisions, inform others
Technical liaison for North America between PepsiCo IT, Global Workforce Management Support, Division change leads, and BPO, Alight - Make decisions, Consult and inform others
Own Key and SOX operational controls - Execute Actions, Inform others
Own critical Kronos Non-IT technical processes: biweekly snapshot, shift differential tables, IDM approvals; acquisition setup; UAT approvals - make decisions, inform others, consult
Create training materials reflective of PepsiCo's use of the system and deliver training to large user populations - execute actions, make decisions, inform others

Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $56,900 - $95,300 based on a full-time schedule.
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
5+ years of Kronos system and the SAP integration
Ability to exercise sound independent judgment and make decisions autonomously
Effectively communicates and provides insights to cross functional teams
BPO/vendor management including escalations, continuous improvement and SLA adherence
Define and analyze change requests for Kronos configuration ensuring harmonization, policy compliance and FLSA are protected
Analyze error root cause, identify trends and translate to remediation while providing an executive summary to leadership
Understand the control environment and identify deficiencies
Experience working in a Shared Service environment with cross functional/divisional stake holders
Working knowledge of payroll transactions and configuration (e.g. average rate of pay calculation, SAP data flows)
Preferred Qualifications:
CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or Kronos system certification
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business degree
Experience working with a Third-Party service provider
HCM SAP Payroll experience
Communication proficiency
Personal effectiveness, credibility, ethical conduct
