Responsibilities
Pioneer next-generation flex film packaging designs from concept to commercialization for powder hydration products
Develop functional, protective, and sustainable packaging solutions with consumer centricity at the forefront
Create distribution-efficient "go to market" strategies across multiple product lines
Leverage trailblazing packaging technologies to optimize cost
Customize packaging for each channel when expanding the range of offerings
Primary technical liaison for third-party communication
Manage one entry level engineer
15-25% domestic travel required
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
BS minimum in Packaging Science, Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Plastics), or equivalent field
5+ years consumer goods packaging experience
Food industry experience strongly preferred
Advanced flexible film packaging experience strongly preferred
Proven expertise in primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging development
Exceptional project management capabilities and strong collaborative leadership
Sharp analytical and critical thinking with strong communication skills
Willingness to travel domestically (15-25%)
