training to drive capability within R&D and operation
Coordinate project management activities for key measurement sciences deliverables with the Plano Measurement Sciences Managers
Establish strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders to create and develop a capability building needs analysis in line with the strategy from the Lab Operations manager
Deploy key metrics dashboard reporting in line with global Measurement Sciences strategy
Conducts meticulous analysis to measure and demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) achieved through optimization of work processes
Support on the deployment, training of Measurement sciences digital tools as and when required both locally and globally
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 - $117,000
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in chemistry (Analytical/Food Chemistry) 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory environment or Master's degree with campus experience
Analytical food chemistry experience required
General knowledge of food and beverage manufacturing for application of analytical tools
Knowledge of project management desired
Familiar with Laboratory Information Management Systems and documentation tools
Knowledge and experience of analytical chemistry techniques, instrumentation, and statistics
Highly developed critical thinking skills required to determine various potential technical solutions and solve technical problems utilizing standard research methodology
Must understand and follow safe handling of hazardous chemicals and have an appreciation of the normal hazards associated with laboratory work
