Participate in weekly recap meetings outlining previous activities highlighting success stories and barriers for success.
Utilize software programs as selling and recap tools to store and SodaStream management.
Meet requirements for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI's and sales goals.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• College degree or 2 Years of Relevant Work Experience Required.

• Sales and Merchandising experience in a retail environment preferred.

• Understanding of establishing professional relationships with all levels of store personnel.

• Strong communication skills in person and virtually.

• Robust business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Deep rooted understanding of the assigned territory.

• Ability to negotiate.

• Problem solving.

• Creative and strategic thinker.

• Strong team player.

• Spanish is a plus.

• Must be able to work independently.

• Must be able to work cross functionally with all departments within SodaStream.
