SAP Production Coordinator

• Monitor the Auto-LPN (License Plate Number) PLC to ensure accurate scanning of pallet tags for each finished goods pallet, and verify the data echoed in SAP production process orders.

• Material Management

• Collaborate with the Raw Material Planner to guarantee the availability of raw materials for production.Receive just-in-time (JIT) raw materials, such as cans, bottles, and ends, ensuring their timely delivery to the production line.

• Take part in raw material cycle counts as required during daily or period-end operations.

Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to production staff on SAP usage and best practices.

• Act as a subject matter expert, assisting users with troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.

• Stay updated on SAP developments and updates, disseminating relevant information to the production team.

• Fulfill other duties assigned by Plant Leadership.

Compensation & Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $49,500 - $79,000.

Qualifications

• Strongly Preferred 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with hands-on familiarity with SAP systems or other ERP platforms.

• Understanding of manufacturing principles, standards, and operational processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.

• Highly detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and precision in data and processes

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in dynamic, high-volume environments

• Working knowledge of Microsoft business software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Statistical Graphing Programs, and Outlook.
