Responsibilities
Role Responsibilities:
As a leader at our Tolleson Gatorade Hotfill production facility, you'll create and execute a vision for operational excellence, utilizing the TPM Ignite tools to elevate plant performance in True Efficiency, Cost Management, Quality, and Supply Chain Capabilities. In this role, you'll directly manage a team of six (three salaried and three hourly) and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence: Drive plant performance by implementing TPM, enhancing True Efficiency, and leading team development, with a focus on achieving key objectives in productivity, quality, cost, and safety.
Strategic Process Improvement: Identify operational areas for improvement, develop action plans, and allocate resources to meet financial targets.
Team Development: Lead performance management processes, set clear expectations, provide feedback, and support career growth opportunities for your team.
Continuous Improvement: Cultivate an environment where continuous improvement exceeds division standards and enables TPM and LSS process success.
Leadership in Change Management: Realign and redesign operations as needed to ensure top-tier executional performance and successful adaptation to changes.
Technical Skills: Production, technical, and TPM skills will be essential for enhancing plant performance, supported by WMS/SAP/Citrix for data analysis and confirmations.
Qualifications
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, or related field strongly preferred with 8+ years in manufacturing.
Essential skills include financial acumen, project management, team-based manufacturing, communication, and results orientation.
Strong knowledge in employee relations, regulatory compliance, engineering methods, and quality assurance.
Demonstrated leadership in safety and environmental compliance, with experience in TPM and LSS processes, ideally at a Green Belt level.
High analytical abilities to leverage data for prioritizing improvement opportunities.
Exceptional communication and influence skills, comfortable working in dynamic environments and driving sustainable change.
