    Position summary

    ined and implement new processes to streamline how the team operates. You will be one of the central point of connection for the Enterprise Data Organization Chapter to ensure the day to day resource and financial management of the team is executed seamlessly.

    Responsibilities

    Resource Management:

    • Coordinate across Enterprise Data Organization overall resourcing needs on a continual basis.

    • Identify areas of opportunity to streamline and optimize resourcing across Enterprise Data Organization teams

    • Complete all period resourcing updates in central resource management tool, OneRoster and internal EDO Trackers

    • Conduct analysis of complex resourcing data sets and develop thoughtful insights that will help drive business decisions

    • Leverage tools such as PowerBI and Excel to assist the team with visualizing current and future resourcing plans

    • Steward and manage all open role budget forecasts and mapping for the team

    • Serve as the point of contact for all day to day resourcing needs within the Enterprise Data Organization team.

    • Support the Enterprise Data Organization team through resource planning as part of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process

    • Lead and coordinat all SOW /WO, PO, and invoice management processes in accordance with approved budget

    • Ability to work and understand finance and global procurement processes to efficiently process SOWs /WO's, POs, Invoices, etc.

    Budget Management:

    • Track, maintain, and coordinate the Enterprise Data Organization team financials along side our finance business partners

    • Conduct thorough analysis of the Enterprise Data Organization financials, identify, and flag any gaps or issues identified

    • Steward the financial management of the Enterprise Data Organization team across various program operational budgets and CapEx budgets

    • Track and manage all Enterprise Data Organization contractors and ensure all updates are captured in the central resource management tool, OneRoster and internal EDO Trackers

    • Support monthly financial reviews with Finance and Enterprise Data Organization leadership team

    • Serve as the contact for Enterprise Data Organization with Finance Business Partners

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university required, MBA preferred

    • 5-7 years of experience in either business operations, FP&A, or related operations role

    • Experience navigating large matrix organizations

    • Extensive experience in visualization tools such as PowerBI

    • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    • Strong system and technical skills not limited to: PowerBI, Microsoft Excel, Microsof PowerPoint, & Sharepoint

    • Advance experience in MS Office Product (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint, etc.)

    • Self-starter mindset with the capability to "manage-up"

    • Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences

    • Positive, self-starter mindset with the capability to "manage-up"

    • Ability to solve complex problems and solutions with simplicity and scale

    • Ability to navigate matrix organizational environment
