    Position summary

    Responsibilities

    The Senior Manager will:

    • Increase PepsiCo's social impact, community engagement, and visibility across North America.

    • Design, execute, and oversee business- and Foundation-funded community programs and partnerships.

    • Lead strategic community relations, including grantmaking, sponsorships, and partner performance reviews.

    • Manage budgets for community investments and product donation programs.

    • Partner with Communications and Public Policy teams to promote the visibility of social impact programs internally and externally.

    • Organize and oversee employee volunteer programs, collaborating with the Global Employee Giving and Volunteering team to integrate engagement into grants and inspire associate participation.

    • Build and manage relationships with nonprofits, civic organizations, and community leaders, maintaining comprehensive stakeholder records and engagement plans.

    • Advise business teams on integrating social impact into brand, customer, and market strategies.

    • Plan and execute high-visibility community events and activations tied to brand priorities and local needs.

    • Coordinate cross-functional engagement with Communications, Legal, PPGA, Employee Engagement, and business units to ensure alignment and impact.

    • Implement tools and frameworks from the Social Impact Center of Excellence to measure program effectiveness and outcomes.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800.

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

    • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

    Qualifications

    • 7+ years of experience in CSR, community engagement, philanthropy, or related fields.

    • Proven strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

    • Strong experience in community relations, stakeholder engagement, and external partnerships across corporate, nonprofit, or public sectors.

    • Demonstrated success in place-based philanthropy or region-specific engagement strategies.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.

    • Strong collaboration, diplomacy, and relationship-building skills.

    • Experience managing third-party relationships with performance accountability.

    • Sound judgment, adaptability, and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments.

    • Cultural sensitivity and understanding of diverse community contexts.

    • Strong time management and organizational skills.

    • Bachelor's degree required; willingness to travel up to 10%.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with a corporate foundation and/or Fortune 500 company.

    • Background in nonprofit or philanthropic organizations.

    • Experience working with government agencies or officials.

    • Budget management expertise.

    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.

    • Strong analytical skills and stakeholder engagement expertise.
