    The ideal candidate will demonstrate passion for our brands / business and be able to nurture collaborative relationships with cross functional teams to ideate, develop, and execute brand programming. They will be able to think strategically and creatively, leveraging data to evaluate brand performance and identify future opportunities for brand growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with internal/external resources (Pure Leaf brand comms, sales, finance, supply chain, insights, design, legal, agencies, etc.) to deliver against the brand's marketing priorities

    • Develop and drive brand's national programming, including concept development, consumer engagement, and in-store execution

    • Lead retail programming through the commercial challenger playbook process

    • Support innovation commercialization, including national or channel specific packs, and develop sell-in materials

    • Own the Pure Leaf portion of our PBR meetings for the PLP (Period Business Reviews), including sharing out business performance and analysis for the brand, category, and competitors, managing input from cross-functional contributors, and providing thought leadership on overall storytelling

    • Support the annual operating plan process for the brand

    • Manage the Pure Leaf commercial marketing budget

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $84,000 - $140,650.

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

    • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum Qualification: Undergraduate Degree

    Work Experience

    • Minimum: 3 years prior marketing experience

    • Preferred: Prior Marketing experience within consumer-packaged goods

    Skills/Capabilities

    • Strong interpersonal and strategic influencing skills to drive clarity and efficiency with cross-functional stakeholders

    • Analytical or financial fluency and confidence, capable of partnering with finance and sales to report on business performance

    • Demonstrates executive maturity - able to represent the brand within JV/PBNA and report on the business to Sr. Leadership

    • Proficiency in the briefing, critiquing, and providing direction to agencies on various elements of program development

    • Critical thinking and business acumen, balanced with detailed time and project management

    • Skillful at navigating a complex, matrixed dual-company organization to drive alignment
