The Sustainability Strategy team sits within the Global Sustainability Office and is fully integrated into all pep+ pillars and is focused on these main objectives:
Oversee and execute strategic initiatives that cut across the enterprise, both for Senior Leadership and the Board of Directors
Solve high-impact problems and develop actionable solutions for the most challenging issues facing the company, with a focus on corporate/global/cross-sector work specific to pep+
Identify future growth opportunities for the organization with sustainability at the center of our decisions
Responsibilities
Provide thought partnership to business partners and Senior Executives on a broad range of business-critical topics
Create and manage a cross-functional project plan to successfully deliver objectives of the Global Sustainability team
Build project deliverables in partnership with project leaders and facilitate the definition of scope, project goals, and success criteria
Clearly communicate project status, risks, and scope creep with impact to all stakeholders on a regular basis
Serve as the analytics point-person on projects, applying logical and creative thinking to drive to fact-based insights
Demonstrate strong leadership and influence management skills, including the ability to challenge the status quo
Develop effective working relationships to gain matrix resources to support group's initiatives
Execute against time-sensitive requests from Sustainability Leadership Team, and cross-functional business partners
Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic / geopolitical trends
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
BA required
5+ years of strategy experience either internally or with a Top-Tier consulting firm
Strategic mindset and highly analytical thinker with sound business judgment
Excellent technical skills to process large quantities of data in an error-free manner
Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills to present facts and provide recommendations
Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage across multiple stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
Strong data organization, modeling, and analytic capabilities
Strong interest in/understanding of sustainability industry trends, challenges, opportunities
Love of Consumer Packaged Goods and our brands
Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences
