About the position:
The Sustainable Agriculture Senior Analyst supports the PepsiCo Sustainable Agriculture team across key processes and implementation activities, particularly focused on tracking and supporting execution of team budget and contract processes for Sustainable Agriculture project implementation. The person in this role should be able to run project management tools and tracking spreadsheets for effective day-to-day operations while also having an eye to process improvement opportunities. The Analyst will have the opportunity to support team members in additional short-term project opportunities as time allows.
Responsibilities
Maintain Budget tracking systems for the Sustainable Agriculture workstream
Provide financial updates to budget owners each period, highlighting and investigating significant variances to plan/forecast, in close communication with Finance team in addition to business owners
Track and facilitate the contracting process through the lifecycle including submittals and workflow; contracts review, PO requisition and cross charges
Support billing process including planning and forecasting true-ups to plan
Provide ad-hoc analytical and financial process support, as well as to special projects. Serve as the analytics point-person on projects, applying logical and creative thinking to drive to fact-based insights to help improve progress against pep+ goals
Build strong working relationships with business partners across PepsiCo
Maintain registry of contracts expiration / initiate renewal process when required
Support operation of Projects pipeline and team mapping tool, and tracking/reporting mechanism and maintenance of this system on an ongoing basis.
Provide support to team members on cross-functional engagement campaigns, supply chain traceability, and project management, as time allows.
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $84,000 - $140,650.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years of experience in project administration, financial tracking and data analysis
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications
Strong interpersonal skills and proven collaboration/teamwork experience - requires working with many senior leadership across multiple Sectors/matrixed teams/cross-functions
Ability to work independently and take ownership to drive progress; organized and capable of multi-tasking
Project management experience a plus
Excellent technical skills to process large quantities of data in an error-free manner
Proactive communication and reporting
Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders from analyst to VP level internally as well as global partners externally.
