    Position summary

    • Assess and communicate capability gaps

    • Flex daily needs of crewing

    • Conduct performance coaching and provide feedback to employees in a timely manner

    • Deliver attendance accountability as needed

    • Complete SuperUser training for required areas

    • Once trained SuperUser, utilize knowledge and trouble-shooting capabilities to help determine root cause analysis and solve operations issues on the floor related to areas such as Autostore, QubIt/PowerPick, IPM, ICS, SAP, inventory

    • Log and escalate any help tickets involving operational issues that cannot be resolved on site

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,600 - $75,950

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process

    • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

    • Instructing/Teaching Others

    • Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work

    • Troubleshooting

    • Problem Solving

    • General Regulatory & Safety Processes and Procedures

    • Production and Processing

    • Engineering and Technology Knowledge

    • Mechanical Knowledge

    • Preferred: Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

    • Prior experience supervising others preferred

    • Willingness to work off shifts, weekends, & holidays
