Responsibilities
As the Transform Innovation Lead for PepsiCo Foods US, you will lead the strategy and pipeline development for Reframe and Breakthrough Innovation. As we look to expand our business to adjacent categories and occasions, you will work with your team of idea generators to solve large consumer problems in order to drive incremental growth. You will partner across functions to pitch ideas to the organization and lead your team to bring the winning ideas to life
Leverage CGM and SDD to deliver PFUS Breakthrough Innovation pipeline across Horizon 1, 2 and 3
Create and Manage Transform Innovation Council Process with full engagement with XF Teams (inclusive of new Gate Process)
Identify KPIs for Innovation success
Collaborate with Insights and Strategy to deliver consumer vetted territories for ideation
Partner with R&D and SC to identify current or new capabilities to unlock future growth
Align internal and external resourcing to support ideation and pipeline development
Provide outside/ in innovation learnings from agencies and 3rd parties to build breakthrough innovation culture and mindset
Works with insights to create new testing model leveraging always on consumer feedback model
KEY DELIVERABLES:
Deliver Innovation Territories and Pipeline
Identify 2-3 Platformable Disruptive Territories connected to CGM
Deliver multi-brand/ category fully vetted pipeline across platforms
Manage Transform SteerCo, Small Group ExComm, and TIC Touchpoints and approvals
Create new and disruptive process that expedites breakthrough innovation process and timelines
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $146,100 - $289,900
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 30% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 15% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period
Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
10+ Years' experience in marketing brand and innovation roles, preferably within CPG
Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
Proven collaboration abilities, strategic thinking and leadership skills
Ability to tell a story, synthesize and convey key messages and present in a visual and compelling way
People management experience leading and inspiring teams
A passion for understanding consumer behavior and an ability to translate trends and insights into ideas that uniquely satisfy unmet needs
Can do spirit with an aptitude in dealing with ambiguity facilitated by a penchant for creative-thinking and problem-solving
A 360 marketing/GM and entrepreneurial like mindset
