    Position summary

    Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers

    • Recommend process improvements!

    • Coordinate picker and loader team

    • Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps

    • Embrace and promote a culture of "stack, wrap, strap"!

    • Check in Geobox and Full-Service Trucks when returning from routes.

    • Other duties as Assigned- PQI and inventory controls

    • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States

    • Be able to carry up to 85 lbs repeatedly.

    • Working Shift, to be determined: 1 pm/ 3 pm - 10 pm, Monday to Friday, ocassional Saturdays

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850.

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED required.

    • CDL or CDL permit preferred.

    • 2 years of experience working in Supply Chain or Warehousing leadership experience preferred.

    • Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment.

    • Experience working a flexible schedule including afternoons, late nights.
