    Responsibilities

    This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation.

    • Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery

    • Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices.

    • Provide feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders

    • Track each load accurately

    • Accurately count all pallets

    • Maintain pace of pallet configuration

    • Ensure that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets

    • Identify priorities and coordinate resources

    • Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers

    • Recommend process improvements

    • Coordinate picker and loader team

    • Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps

    • Embrace and promote a culture of "stack, wrap, strap"

    • Other duties as Assigned

    • Lighthouse Execution - Observations, Pulse Checks, Leadership and SPARC Walks

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850.
      Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

    • Working schedule: Sunday - Thursday, split shift starting from 4PM.

    • Overtime availability.

    Qualifications

    • Operations/logistics or supply chain experience.

    • Knowledge of inventory management systems.

    • Your ability to lead a team-based approach to decision-making and

    • Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment.

    • Forklift certification a plus.

    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others

    • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States

    • Basic computer knowledge; ability to send and receive emails.
