    Position summary

    • Partnering with the production schedulers on product availability and priorities

    • Communicating to and collaborating with the warehouse on trip activation and load completion

    • Weekly analysis of the following metrics to drive service improvement at the site:

      • Fill Rate - work with the warehouse on load out prioritization to meet Fill Rate, Load Readiness and On Time Delivery goals
      • Load Readiness - Review warehouse capacity analyzer daily and coordinate loading with the warehouse
    • Cut Add-back owner

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, manufacturing, schedulers, traffic, service, and HQ

    • Support the warehouse in ICS management such as monitoring warehouse space, code dates, etc.

    • Support SCO analyst and SSL responsibilities to maintain service to sales, and systems integrity

    • Other duties as assigned

    Compensation and Benefits :

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 - $67,000 based on a full-time schedule.

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

    Qualifications

    • GED or Highschool diploma required

    • Expertise in Frito Lay planning and inventory applications: ICS, SAP, DRP

    • Extensive computer skills and knowledge of the MS Office suite of applications (Excel, Outloook)

    • Previous supply chain experience preferred

    • Communication skills, both written and oral, role will require face to face collaboration with HQ, traffic, Warehouse, manufacturing, service, and schedulers

    • Self-motivated, detailed oriented with the ability to work in team and group settings with a focus on high quality and customer service.

    • Technical skills required for troubleshooting and determining the root cause of inventory gains or losses, pinpoint reconciliation and finished goods receipts errors.

    • In-depth understanding of Supply Chain fundamentals and working knowledge of ISCP supply chain tools

    • Must be able to interpret and analyze key data points and trends in order to make Region-impacting decisions

    • Proven track record of excellent attendance
