    Work shift: Mon-Fri (6 am - 3 pm)

    The Warehouse Trainer role supports the Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisors, and the Warehouse Teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain time and attendance tracking and reporting for staffing needs and coaching opportunities

    • Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment (if applicable)

    • Mark load ticket for out of stock items

    • Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished

    • Turn in paper work with order for check before loading and have truck checked

    • Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready

    • Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets

    • Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area

    • Lead New Employee Onboarding for all new hires

    • Conduct training needs assessments, inventorying associate skills and determining appropriate training solutions.

    • Evaluate and report associates' training progress through observation, demonstrated learning, testing, documented certification processes, etc. and logging these activities to record the training status of associates.

    • Review current training tasks and procedures, and craft and document new ones for any equipment when needed.

    • Attend internal and/or external training to improve training skills and subject matter knowledge (e.g., facilitation skills, adult learning knowledge, evaluation skills).

    • Generate training reports for management and/or departments (e.g., statistical reporting, certification reporting, procedure task reports, etc.).

    • Post-training mentor to help foster a continuous learning environment and provide mentorship for employee training issues.

    • Complete, track, and file regulatory documents

    • Conduct inspections, reviews, and tasks within the scope of AIB audit inspection

    • Conduct site wide monthly safety training and annual food safety training

    • Regular, reliable, predictable attendance

    • Other duties as assigned

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,600 - $75,950

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills

    • Proven success in analytical and organizational skills coupled with an attention to detail

    • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

    • 1-2 years in a Warehouse/Supply Chain Environment

    • Technical Knowledge of CETS or SAP

    • Prior experience in a warehouse environment (e.g., order selector/picking product storage, product staging, powered pallet jack/forklifts, etc.)

    • Forklift Certification/Experience (e.g., performing basic operations such as driving forwards, driving backwards, lifting, and lowering boom, maneuvering in tight areas without damaging product, etc.)

    • Ability to relate well, build consensus and show respect and consideration for others

    • The ability to transport material from one place to another and to carry up to 50 pounds is required

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 4 year undergraduate degree

    • Prior Foodservice and/or bottler operations experience

    • Experience working in a team environment (e.g., cooperating with co-workers, joint problem solving, etc.)

    • Demonstrate ability to interpret and work with training and/or technical documents

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    • Flexibility for overtime as required which may include weekends and holidays
