The role will, from time to time, include processing incoming and outgoing mail, in accordance with strict policies and procedures, managing and updating relevant standard operating procedures, as well as, perform other tasks such as document scanning, interacting with case managers, managing and updating relevant standard operating procedures, working ad hoc tasks, assignments, and other duties, as needed.
The successful candidate will be required to electronically review a subset of newly processed documents; identify any possible duplicates in the repository; review metadata and images relating to the documents that will aide in identifying potential duplications; and record case management decisions in the database system. Candidate will also coordinate intra- and inter-organizational referrals. Must be willing to learn and to provide process improvement ideas that will enhance the performance of the team.
The position requires candidates to have a minimum of six full years of relevant experience. A bachelor's degree is equivalent to three years of specialized experience; a Master's degree counts as five years of experience.
Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with poly and be crossover eligible.
Mandatory skills
Significant experience in using standard software applications and on-line tools such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Skype and other required systems, in order to be able to perform the duties.
Proven experience creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Must have strong skills in 'attention to detail' to ensure that case files are recorded and tracked accurately
Strong work ethic; driven to succeed; a self-starter with organizational and time management skills.
Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers and management
Must have strong customer service skills to maintain effective working relationships at all customer levels as well as the ability to develop good rapport with outside liaisons.
Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
Must have the schedule flexibility to provide back-up support to other members of the team for coverage, and opening and closing as required.
Ability to handle multi-tasking priorities, as well as adapt to changing work requirements.
Must have an understanding of security requirements and follow program guidelines/procedures
Willing to learn and provide process improvement solutions/ideas
Work an eight-hour shift within the established office hours (6AM-6PM), with a need to collaborate with other team members to ensure coverage between 7 AM to 4 PM

The salary range for this role is 85,000 USD - 179,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
