    Position summary

    ith the targeting and documenting of data sets with technical fluency in the Chinese Mandarin language. The successful candidate will work in a team environment and manage partner and stakeholder relationships while operating independently with minimal supervision. Extensive Experience in leading large, successful operations in a highly matrixed compartmented organization.

    Clearance Requirement: Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with poly and be crossover eligible.

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences

    • Thrives is a fast-paced environment while prioritizing and managing operational awareness

    • Fluency in the translation of Chinese Mandarin -Language data points and highly technical documentation (i.e. Academic journals, Conference materials, Patents)

    • Pursue targeting leads from complex field analysis

    • Compile data points from a multitude of IC tools designed for technical packages

    • Previous work in an open source or linguist role within a team environment

    • Analyze, develop, integrate and refine end to end multi-discipline CONOPS and collection strategies on a variant of technical tools

    • Performed highly in-depth analysis of complex and significant interest to the Intelligence Community

    • Articulately communicates targeting nex uses through clear and detailed briefings to officials and partners within the intelligence mission center

    • Review raw HUMINT and SIGINT data containing Chinese Mandarin audio/text for operational leaders

    • Provide subject matter expertise on regional issues with regards to foreign intelligence entities, trends and operational anomalies

    • Identifies information gaps/potential threats by evaluation of information using a variety of analytical methodologies and intelligence data sets and trends

    • Ability to brief management on progress and findings associated to the mission needs

    • Works closely with operational elements executing specific missions, with a particular reference to building partnerships with operational organizations and teams

    • Managed multi-organizational teams and or coordinated closely with mission partners within an open -source intelligence collection department

    • Designs, develops, and briefs presentations on current intelligence, targeting, weapon solution, and collateral damage, devising charts and graphs

    • Provide analysis and research for national security, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerabilities

    • Experienced in the Collection of open-source materials

    • Proven ability to demonstrate technical aptitude with a variety of disciplines

    • Chinese Proficiency - 4/5 ILR (Speaking+ Listening + Reading) or ability to obtain the level in a short time upon being assigned to the program

    • Ability to hit the ground running on day 1 work day

    • 5- 8 plus years of extensive targeting experience within Asian theater

    EDUCATION:

    Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of technical experience. Additional experience maybe substituted in lieu of a degree

    The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

    This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
