    This is a 3rd Shift position: Sunday - Friday, 11:15 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

    Job Summary: Performs routine tasks related to the preventive maintenance, supply, and servicing of machinery and equipment. Assist higher level technicians in mechanical and electrical services as required.

    What You Will Do:

    • Perform machine set up, turnaround cleaning, material loading, and inspection of process hardware in coating department

    • Fully understand the operation, safety features, and process steps for Coating (EBPVD, PVD, and Plasma)

    • Fabricate, build, clean, and repair tooling as required and manage machine lubrication & waste removal

    • Ensure all the activities completed meet the standards provided for that operation and complete proper documentation and quality requirements in CMMS

    • Independently handle jobs, from start to finish - including coordination of contractors, time estimates, required materials, fabrication, and implementation of projects

    • Lift up, push, pull, bend, squat, climb and twist hands and work in a confined space

    Qualifications You Must Have:

    • High School Diploma/ GED

    • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program / contract

    • 6-12 months experience involving mechanical aptitude, basic equipment care and troubleshooting

    Qualifications We Prefer:

    • Technical aptitude and ability as a multi-craft maintenance technician

    • Welding experience (Tig & Mig), fabrication, basic machining.

    • Experience using Powered industrial vehicles (fork trucks, scissor lifts & other equipment)
