The ideal candidate is highly motivated and a proven technology professional who can leverage and expand on existing frameworks to drive insights across the Contracts function.
What You Will Do
Work with cross-functional teams to manage the Contracts data pipeline within multiple tools and applications
Implement, deploy, and maintain data-driven solutions in platforms such as Snowflake, Data Bricks, AWS, and Azure
Use statistical and analytical techniques to find trends, interpret data and study patterns that help influence business decisions
Engage with the data governance council to define, classify, and review standards to promote data quality and best practices
Partner with automations team on RPA and BPM opportunities to support data integration, machine learning and advanced analytics
Seek out ways to use current and relevant technological offerings to increase efficiencies within Contracts processes
Participate in broader digital related projects that leverage contracts data and tie together our digital thread
Collaborate and work effectively in a cross functional team environment
Limited domestic travel may be required
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Experience with database technologies, and/or data ingestion & cleansing, or data processing
Experience with cloud-based infrastructure platforms in one or more of the following: Snowflake, Data Bricks, AWS, Azure
Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Data Governance, Digital Architecture and/or Digital Platforms
Qualifications We Prefer
Proven experience with advanced analytics, and data engineering for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources
Experience with the Aerospace & Defense environment with a focus on Contract Management
Self-starter with high level of intellectual curiosity
Strong analytical, problem-solving mindset
Experience with building dashboards and navigating data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sens

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
