    Position summary

    nt efforts in support of multiple programs within the ASDS strategic business unit.

    What You will Do:

    • Perform procurement and supplier management activities in support of U.S. Government and Commercial contracts.

    • Administer and manage high dollar and complex material and service procurements from both domestic and international suppliers, including cost type and letter subcontracts.

    • Utilize source selection techniques, compile, and analyze data to perform price analyses, conduct negotiations (including terms and conditions) and identify supplier risks.

    • Ensure that requirements (prime contract, quality, terms, and conditions) are properly communicated to suppliers and manage supplier performance to cost, schedule, and quality requirements.

    • Work closely with the program office to identify solutions to sourcing issues that require ingenuity, creativity, and innovation.

    • Monitor procurement reports and help drive performance to meet company metric targets.

    • Be flexible, innovative, work with speed and agility yet be thorough and compliant with government and Raytheon regulations, while successfully driving tasks to completion.

    • Assist in the training of peer procurement professionals.

    • Lead formal negotiations to include price, schedule, supplier exceptions and requirements.

    • Place purchase orders of medium to high complexity and medium to high dollar values.

    • Perform price and cost analysis, source selection/justification, and analysis of supplier quotes.

    • Domestic and international travel not to exceed 20%.

    Qualifications You Must Have:

    • Minimum 5 years experience in procurement, sourcing and/or relevant job type.

    • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required. https://https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62

    • Experience with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    Qualifications We Prefer:

    • Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience.

    • DoD procurement experience and working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

    • Knowledge of import/export regulations (ITAR/EAR)

    • SAP experience

    The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

    This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
