Program Management Analyst (Hybrid)

DoD PM Analyst role is responsible for support to both technical understand of equipment being deployed as well as strong financial analytical skills for effective program execution.

What You Will Do:

• Closely work with Program Office personnel and be responsible for support to coordination of cost account management of the overall performance, development and or update and delivery of all DoD work scope.

• Responsibility for support to execution of risk and opportunity management, contract change proposals, and cost and schedule requirements focused on STARS Technical manuals and publications.

• DoD PM support ensures maintenance of project specific process documentation, production and update to manpower plans, and guidance to work authorizations for the team.

What You Will Learn:

• Cost & Performance monitoring/reporting including variance analysis, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) inputs, inputs to monthly tracking books, labor report monitoring (weekly), establishing time phased budgets for each control account.

• Current and historical financial data in support of measurement and analysis,

• Understanding of collection methods and analysis of program measurement data, in support of audits, and inputs to Program level reviews.

• Understanding of measurement data analysis in order to support root cause analysis and identification of corrective action(s) when needed.

• Support to analysis of earned value progress measures from Team members (Inch-stone development & maintenance), Performance input to Finance, Proposal/Risk & Opportunity Management (ROM) preparation and estimate to complete (ETC) inputs.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Understanding of MRP, including demand and change management.

• Microsoft Project experience

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
