irectly accountable for ensuring overall program execution of hardware builds, ensure program success to cost/schedule/quality, and factory performance in meeting program needs. Candidate must be a self-starter, capable of developing and achieving organizational and program objectives, and must be able to successfully interface with all levels of internal management. Candidate will serve as the liaison between the factory and Program IPT.
Candidate must drive program from initiation through the delivery cycle. Ensure the successful execution of the development program through excellent on time delivery performance, while achieving or exceeding operational cost targets/budgets, and meeting or surpassing customer requirements. Leads and coordinates operational activities with a cross functional team. Managing a team that supports development, sustainment and proposals.
What You Will Do:
Primary interface between Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Production Control and Operations
Lead cross-functional Operational teams to identify and resolve program deficiencies
EV certified or in the process of becoming EV certified
CAM experience and responsibility for schedule, cost and performance
Experience writing and reporting monthly VARs
Responsible for EAC inputs and forecasting ETC
Experience managing production schedules at different locations than which domiciled at
Proposal experience developing BOE's and ECP incorporation
Review IPT checklist to verify program goals and objectives are being met
Ensure early engagement of suppliers and identify long lead items to meet production schedule
Support customer meetings as needed and comfortability presenting on a weekly/monthly basis
Support inputs to the integrated schedule and own IMS inputs to ensure on time execution of product build and customer shipments
Integrate customer and quality requirements essential to the program
Communicate information verbally, written clearly and concisely
Follow up on tasking ensuring completion of key milestones
Manage multiple, complex projects with changing priorities
Tracking of OTD for spares and deliverables
Tracking of assets thru the build cycle ensuring on time delivery
Travel may be required.
Tracking of ECP's and ECN to be incorporated into the baseline
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
Experience in supply chain and related systems, procurement, MRP, receiving, cost estimating, and/or finance
Experience with factory management and/or subcontract management
Experience in preparation for, or support of negotiations with suppliers
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Working knowledge of SAP
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience interfacing with all levels of internal management
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Raytheon or similar Six Sigma Specialist
Able to coordinate strategies and manage tactical execution
General understanding of working in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment
Working knowledge in translating customer terms and conditions into supplier requirements and reviewing statements of work for completeness and conformance to program requirements
General understanding in managing technical requirements to a schedule and budget

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
