reporting to the Global Trade Director, Global Trade Consent Agreement Program Office (CAPO) and will focus on communications and learning initiatives aimed at strengthening the trade compliance program at the Raytheon business unit. The ideal candidate has global trade expertise and learning and communications experience. T****HIS IS NOT A CUSTOMS POSITION. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE GLOBAL TRADE EXPERINCE TO BE CONSIDERED.
What You Will Do
Support the Global Trade CAPO Lead and functional program team in developing and implementing communications and learning initiatives relating to the global trade compliance program at the Raytheon business
Support consent agreement communications and training initiatives consistent with priorities and direction from the CAPO team
Review current Global Trade training for technical accuracy and audience appropriateness and update as needed
Use your expertise in global trade compliance practices to develop and deliver formal and informal training for Global Trade employees and Raytheon employees
Collect and report on consent agreement training completions for the Raytheon business
Coordinate with other functional training leads for delivery of function-specific training, as appropriate
Support additional GT CAPO activities assigned by a direct or indirect GT manage
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
U.S Person (U.S Citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required
Experience in drafting, submitting, and managing Global Trade related Department of State and Department of Commerce license and agreement applications and other authorization requests
Experience in full cycle project development and implementation

Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time and resources, organize, and prioritize work across multiple project
Experience in a matrixed global organization and adept at building relationships in a hybrid and remote environment
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
Critical thinking and an ability to understand complex business issues
Agile, adaptable to changes in direction
Instructional design experience and strong written and oral communication and presentation skills, collaborative and proactive style, especially in a virtual environment

The salary range for this role is 130,000 USD - 272,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
