    The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and feel comfortable engaging with various stakeholders, including end-users, military leadership, industry partners, US Government program offices, OEM's (Original equipment manufacturers), and integrators. If you're a Senior Manager with experience in Sales and Business Development, we'd love to have you join our team! This position is onsite, hybrid, or remote at our Princeton, NJ location.

    Responsibilities to Anticipate:

    • Engage with potential customers, including DoD/military end users, Program managers, Ms, PdMs, OEMs, and Prime contractors.

    • Showcase the capabilities and offerings of SWIR (Short-Wave Infrared) technology through presentations and hands-on demonstrations.

    • Provide high-level briefings on SWIR capabilities to decision-makers and stakeholders.

    • Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for both scientists and military personnel.

    • Leverage your expertise in ground soldier systems and associated applications/CONOPS.

    • Identify new markets and opportunities for business growth.

    • Drive opportunities from inception to closure.

    • Present compelling business cases for pursuing specific opportunities.

    • Technical Proposal Development:

    • Prepare technical proposals, white papers, and RFI (Request for Information) responses.

    • Showcase exceptional technical writing skills.

    • Attend industry events and participate in field demonstrations.

    • Champion the adoption of SWIR technology among various customers.

    • Be prepared for demonstrations that may occur outside typical business hours.

    • Expect significant travel to perform demonstrations and briefings at customer sites and ranges (travel >=50%).

    • This role combines technical expertise, communication skills, and strategic thinking to drive business development and promote cutting-edge technology.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.

    • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date". U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Collaborating with and/or leading cross functional teams

    • Working with senior level and executive teams

    • Experience working with direct end users such as USSOCOM, US Navy Special Warfare, US Air Force; Joint Service experience and NATO partner MoDs preferred.

    • Experience working with US Government program offices, PMs, PdMs, OEMs, and Prime Contractors

    • Knowledge and hands on experience with DoD utilized Visual Augmentations Systems (VAS) and targeting/engagement systems.

    • Relevant government and/or industry experience with an established network across government, and military

    • Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

    • Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

    • Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

    The salary range for this role is 130,000 USD - 272,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
