Role Overview:
RTX is currently looking for a skilled SAP GRC Process Control Sr Analyst to support our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation. The desired individual will be engaged in a large-scale full implementation of S4HANA across the RTX organization and will require a solid background in the SAP application field of Security with emphasis on SAP GRC Process Control. In addition, this role will work with the application owners, develop, and support security priorities, create and maintain standards and procedures, and provide expertise in the area of ERP.
What You Will Do:
Implement, configure, and maintain SAP GRC Process Control (GRC-PC) system
Monitor and analyze control activities to identify potential risks
Develop and implement controls to mitigate identified risks
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Create operational documentation for the SAP GRC application and provide training / support to end-users on GRC-PC functionality
Drive engagements through various phases to ensure successful delivery.
Operate independently or with little support for meeting defined engagement objectives and goals.
Generate reports and recommendations for process improvements
Act as a liaison between IT, Internal and External Audit teams and functional business stakeholders to ensure ERP systems meet regulations, policies and compliance requirements.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 5 years experience.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
Must be willing and able to travel 25% to 50% of the time
Qualifications We Prefer:
High level communication skills, verbal and written
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Cybersecurity or related degree.
An understanding of key Government requirements around DFARS/NIST
Strong technical knowledge and experience of SAP security architecture and role-based authorization models within SAP system landscapes including S4HANA, BW S4/HANA, GRC, GTS, SolMan, MDG, BTP, Ariba, GRC PC and other related ERP applications
Experience in the execution and management of Information System's (IS) incident response and administrative inquiries/investigations in collaboration with the Investigations department.
Experience providing technical security expertise and oversight for complex, cross-domain, heterogeneous networked environments in collaboration with Customers, the Information Technology (IT) Department and other Business Units.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
