Designs mandatory training required to meet flight proficiency and ensures compliance with such training, and participation in safety-related activities
Manages ongoing operations of the aircraft business units, including identifying issue root cause via data analytics and evaluating leading indicators of performance to deploy targeted improvements
Develops and implements multi-year budgets along with monthly forecasts
Creates and maintains safety curriculum and strategies for emergency response
Develops and oversees the distribution of various safety communications to aviation services, functional areas and contractors
Designs and implements safety promotion initiatives and campaigns within SCE to foster a safety-conscious culture
Supervises the analysis of aviation safety data and leading indicators to identify potential risks and trends
A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
Five or more years combined experience performing or leading a flight operations function.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing the Part 145 Limited Repair Station Certification, including the Repair Station Manual, Training Manual, and related documentation as required by FAA regulations
Experience managing the inspection of aircraft mechanical, structural and avionics equipment on pre-flight, periodic, and planned maintence bases to detect possible malfunctions and assure safe operations
Experience scheduling, coordinating and overseeing disassembly of airfram, engine, avionics and other components on planned maintenance schedule or to determine the cause of malfunction, and repair/replace parts as required to maintain aircraft in airworthy condition
Experience with direct installation of special accessories and attachments to aircraft for cargo handling transportation of material and equipment and stringing conductors
Ability to evaluate, recommend and direct installation of new aircraft equipment or modifications
Prior supervisory experience

This position's work mode is on-site. The employee will report to an SCE facility or in the field location. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
