"After many years of dedicated service, I was recently impacted by a workforce reduction initiative at this company. My experience revealed significant challenges within the organizational culture, including biases that appear to affect diversity and inclusion efforts. Additionally, cronyism and nepotism seem to be pervasive, impacting opportunities for fair advancement and fostering an environment where personal connections often outweigh merit."

"You could not ask to work at a better place. Southern California Edison is not a job, it is a career choice. There are unlimited opportunities for education, training and multiple pathways that you can take to meet your own challenges. Wonderful people and all my 20 managers were awesome and kind. I did not come to Edison until I was almost 50 and it was the best life choice I could have ever made. The folks in this company advocate on a continual basis to create gender equality. I carry a badge of pride and honor knowing that I work for Southern California Edison. We are a family, and we are here to help you make your dreams turn into visions and your visions turn into your reality."
