    This role ensures enterprise readiness with stakeholders, IT, and business resiliency. You will manage the transition to steady-state operations, support model activation, documentation handoff, and stabilization, while establishing governance processes across teams, vendors, and partners. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a multi-year ERP program transforming the electric utility industry.

    Key Focus Areas:

    • Program & Project Management: Manage the full lifecycle of solution development and deployment. Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and program managers. Drive Agile practices to ensure delivery of business outcomes.

    • Data Transformation: Lead automated profiling, cleansing, conversion, governance, and archiving across various domains.

    • Deployment/Cutover: Ensure system, technology, and organizational readiness, manage cutovers, and oversee integration and governance.

    • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business and IT leaders to define and deliver technology solutions. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for architecture, QA, and deployment. Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

    • People & Vendor Management: Mentor and guide a hybrid team of technical and project leaders. Manage vendor relationships to ensure alignment with program goals.

    • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and financial planning for technical initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Establishes and communicates enterprise-wide project management vision, policies, and objectives

    • Advises senior leaders on project investments, strategic initiatives, and benefits realization

    • Collaborates with executive leadership to align project portfolio to corporate strategy

    • Leads project management community of practice to share knowledge and enhance capabilities

    • Establishes strategic vision, objectives, and programs for Agile adoption and transformation

    • Develop standards and systems for Agile portfolio governance, investment planning, resource allocation, and program delivery.

    • Leads implementation of IT project financial controls including budgeting, cost management, capital allocation

    • Sets standards for system architecture reviews, technical design documents, integration plans, and testing procedures

    • A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Seven or more years of experience supervising a team of direct reports and/or project management.

    • Experience establishing and communicating enterprise-wide project management vision, policies, and objectives for IT projects.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees are preferred.
    • Experience providing IT leadership for large, complex or enterprise-level projects/ programs with substantial systems integration components.
    • Five (5) or more years of experience leading and mentoring a team of direct reports that consist of senior technical managers, project managers, and consultants.
    • Seven (7) or more years of experience in Information Technology Program Management or large enterprise IT Project Management, including scope, schedule and budget.
    • Seven (7) or more years of experience working in infrastructure and technical platform strategy development and execution;. building large-scale distributed systems and applications, including design, development, (distributed) architectures, networking, security, and performance tuning.
    • Five (5) or more years of experience designing technical migration processes in support of migrating on-premises environments to cloud environments and operating models in support of SAP ERP implementations.
    • Experience with SAP S4/HANA and/or SAP ecosystem applications (examples: Asset Manager, SuccessFactors, Ariba, ECC, EAM, Finance, etc..), having executed at least 1 full lifecycle SAP ERP or S/4 cloud migrations.u00a0
    • One or more of the following certification(s)u00a0
      • Project Management Professional (PMP)u00a0

      • Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)u00a0

      • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)u00a0
