You will manage the transition to steady-state operations, support model activation, documentation handoff, and stabilization, while establishing governance processes across teams, vendors, and partners. Key Focus Areas:
Program & Project Management: Manage the full lifecycle of solution development and deployment. Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and program managers. Drive Agile practices to ensure delivery of business outcomes.
Data Transformation: Lead automated profiling, cleansing, conversion, governance, and archiving across various domains.
Deployment/Cutover: Ensure system, technology, and organizational readiness, manage cutovers, and oversee integration and governance.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business and IT leaders to define and deliver technology solutions. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for architecture, QA, and deployment. Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
People & Vendor Management: Mentor and guide a hybrid team of technical and project leaders. Manage vendor relationships to ensure alignment with program goals.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and financial planning for technical initiatives.
Responsibilities
Establishes and communicates enterprise-wide project management vision, policies, and objectives
Advises senior leaders on project investments, strategic initiatives, and benefits realization
Collaborates with executive leadership to align project portfolio to corporate strategy
Leads project management community of practice to share knowledge and enhance capabilities
Establishes strategic vision, objectives, and programs for Agile adoption and transformation
Develop standards and systems for Agile portfolio governance, investment planning, resource allocation, and program delivery.
Leads implementation of IT project financial controls including budgeting, cost management, capital allocation
Sets standards for system architecture reviews, technical design documents, integration plans, and testing procedures

Minimum Qualifications
Seven or more years of experience supervising a team of direct reports and/or project management.
Experience establishing and communicating enterprise-wide project management vision, policies, and objectives for IT projects.
