    A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright!

    • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS systems, databases, and external sources.

    • Design, develop, and optimize reports and dashboards using PowerBI to visualize key HR metrics, trends

    • Conduct data validation, quality assurance, and performance tuning to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of HR data analysis and reporting processes.

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in SQL, PowerBI , and HR analytics to continuously enhance data capabilities and drive innovation in workforce analytics.

    • Maintain data models, ETL processes, dashboards, reports, and visualizations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability of HR analytics solutions.

    • Identify important insights, trends, and patterns within HR data sets, deriving actionable recommendations to improve HR operations and drive strategic initiatives.

    • Code and develop PowerBI dashboards and SQL views to provide robust data visualization and analytical capabilities to support all of HR.

    • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify data needs and requirements, including understanding their challenges, objectives , and constraints, to deliver tailored analytical solutions.

    The essentials

    • Ten or more years of experience designing, configuring, implementing, and managing analytics using Power BI and SQL server.

    The preferred

    • Bachelors degree or higher in computer science, artificial intelligence, statistics, mathematics, or related fields.

    • Three or more years of experience in HR analytics.

    • Certification in Power BI and SQL.

    • Experience working in Human Resources department for fortune 500 company.

    • High-level understanding of third party integrations with HRIS applications.

    • Experience project managing moderate to complex projects on time and within budget.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise content

    • Interpersonal communication skills including the ability to deal with all levels of senior leadership.

    • This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.u202f Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California.u202f Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
