Responsibilities
Manages activities of one or more large, mid to long-term projects with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and outcomes
Develops business plans, objectives and initiatives for the organization
Provides inputs to organizational objectives and policies and ensures delivery of results
Engages regularly with senior management as a key consultant on critical business issues
Directs complex Agile release train planning, synchronization, and delivery across products and portfolios
Oversees data and platform migrations between legacy and next-gen systems with minimal business disruption
Facilitates the design and integration of robust continuous improvement/development (CI/CD) pipelines for enterprise-scale test automation and rapid release cycles
Leads large-scale Agile teams through full software development lifecycles from inception to deprecation
A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
Ten or more years of experience in IT project management.
Experience managing activities of one or more large, mid to long-term projects with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and outcomes.
Experience with IT Program Management or large enterprise projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Bacheloru2019s or masteru2019s degree in computer science or engineering.
Proficiency as the technical owner in managing and implementing cloud services andapplications, particularly in data management, data analytics and SAP application.
Extensive experience in IT project management, including quality assurance, metrics control, and managing project timelines.u00a0
Strong ability to engage and manage relationships with vendors and stakeholdersu00a0with multiple vendors and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
Experience and understanding of utility industry processes, regulations and implementation of software applications is a plus.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, including architects, security, techno-functional leads, and external SI consultants
Experience with big data modeling projects for structured and unstructured data
Familiarity withu00a0Agile methodologies.

Project Regular Position:u00a0This is a full-time project regular position with anu00a0estimated end date of December 31, 2027. This position is eligible for company benefits and incentives during the duration of the assignment.
This positionu2019s work mode isu00a0hybrid.u00a0The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.u202f Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.u202f Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
