Responsibilities
Guides business capability long-range planning, identification of business outcomes and objectives, requirements solicitation, business case development, process analysis, solution planning
Leads activities for development, implementation, and coordination of a portfolio of technology planning activities to include new demand, delivery, and support
Solicits requirements from stakeholders for technology planning initiatives, sourcing and ensuring completion of high-value technology investments
Analyzes processes and plans solutions to address business needs; develops business cases for new initiatives and technology investments
Optimizes IT demand by recommending opportunities for Value Stream bundling, identifying conflicts, and recommends escalation for resolution where appropriate
Maintains the strategic view of the business, technology outcomes, continuously clarifies how the technology initiative delivers on those outcomes, how they will be supported, and what are considerations for total cost of ownership
Provides input to and/or approve project documentation including project charter, business requirements document, test plans, and other delivery/execution deliverables
Analyzes and makes recommendations on plans of action for potential new demand from various sources (e.g.: Tech Consults, Business Partner Integration teams, etc.)
Provides input and guidance to IT and OU product owners regarding asset lifecycle including from inception to retirement

Minimum Qualifications
Ten or more years of experience developing and implementing technology solution processes and plans to further the overall business strategy.

Preferred Qualifications
Bacheloru2019s Degree or higher in Business, Computing Information Systems, Computer Science, or relevant technical major.u00a0
Ten or more years of experience working in Information Technology for an electric utility.
Ten or more years of experience leading projects or key business initiatives.
Seven or more years of IT portfolio and customer relationship management experience for an electric utility.
Seven or more years of experience developing strategic technology plans in support of key business objectives
Experience in Transmission & Distribution (T&D) management systems and advanced technologies
