    Become a NextGen ERP - Cross Functional Integration, Senior Specialist. The successful candidate will aid operations and finance transformation and greenfield implementation of SAP including integrating business and system requirements across impacted departments within Operations and to upstream impacts are coordinated with the Finance Integration Team and impacted OUs to ensure optimization of benefits, functionality, and software utilization. In this case for NextGen ERP the core functions that will be impacted scale across the organization with largest impacts in T&D, ASP, Finance, Supply Chain/Procurement, Power Generation, Operational Services, IT, HR and Customer Service.

    This position will be responsible for ensuring business requirements are met for the Cross Functional Integration stakeholders through streamlined and rationalized processes that align with new technology capabilities for the cross functional integration function for Operations Integration and Finance Integration towers process and activities (and likely contribute to other develop team areas of time and pay, Asset Management, Work Management, Supply Chain, Procurement activities.

    This position will support the team to ensure that business requirements are met through streamlined and rationalized processes that align with new technology capabilities for the relevant process area & activities (and likely supply to lead team areas):- Support the gathering of information to gain a proven understanding of existing business processes and requirements.

    • Analyze data and process flows, including assessing standard methodologies.

    • Support the design of future state "to be" business process and requirements, and

    • Collaborate with technical team guides in building the future state reporting for end-to-end processes, including performing user integration testing and developing dashboards.

    • Harmonise with peers, manager, director, and all levels of leadership in OU's such as Power Generation, Joint Pole, Edison Carrier Solutions, and across NextGen teams (and other areas as needed) to achieve objectives.

    • Support the development of materials used for presentations including executive briefings, change management, data analysis and presentation, training and other areas as needed. The Essentials

    • 5 or more years of experience in functional data and information analytics, SAP Transactions/Processes, or Business Analysis role

    The Preferred

    • Bachelor's degree in statistics, engineering, economics, STEM, business administration or other related fields.

    • Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or similar technical field

    • Knowledge building datasets and/or tools using PowerApps, Microsoft Access, SQL, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Viya, R, Python, PowerBi, Tableau, or BTP.

    • Proficient in MS Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience and knowledge S4 Hana technologies, and SCE IPSEC workflows.

    • Experience with data mining, process automation, process improvements and data analytics

    • Proven attention to detail with validated analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Experience working with upgrades and/or implementations of SAP ERP or other enterprise applications.

    • Good communication skills, written and verbal, along ability to support development of impactful presentation materials.

    • Good interpersonal effectiveness, phenomenal teammate and ability to interface and collaborate with peers, leadership team, and other groups.
