Ensures all employees thoroughly comply with all policies and procedures, enforcing strict adherence to applicable internal and external policies.
Oversees and manages all day-to-day operations, close calls, safety investigations, Weekly Incident Conference Calls (WICC), safety team involvement, and safety stand-downs.
Acts as the company's representative in labor issues, interpreting the union contract in a fair and consistent manner while handling the necessary grievance and labor relations procedures.
Drives cost efficiency by managing crew size, overtime, and planned outages, identifying operational issues in a timely fashion and implementing corrective actions; Maintains records, schedules, and reports and allocates resources to meet project requirements.
Finalize regional crew work assignments after considering feedback from the Performance and Resource Supervisor, Field Supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders.
Establishes the composition of work units, schedules both emergent work and storm response, and resolves scheduling/crew conflicts between work units.
Develops and implements business plans and objectives; oversees and assesses unit performance for optimal throughput, evaluating and implementing strategies for cost control, performance enhancement, and customer satisfaction.
A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
Four or more years combined experience performing and/or supervising activities related to the design, construction and maintenance, and/or scheduling activities associated with the electric system.
Possess a valid Class C Driver's License.
Additional Information
This position's work mode is on-site. The employee will report to an SCE facility or in the field location. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.

This position is eligible for a location-based incentive. Incentive is offered if commitment is made to work on-site and to remain in specified work location for an agreed-upon timeframe.
