the execution of the strategic plan
Identifies system risks and evaluates risk reduction benefits of proposed mitigation strategy projects in the capital investment strategy
Leads the development and management of Protection and Control Asset strategies for programmatic investment decisions
Evaluates SCE's enterprise level risks and provides suitable mitigation options to senior management
Provides strategic and regulatory analysis for the company, specifically including competitive positioning, price forecasting, financial analytics, and regulatory planning scenario evaluations
Provides analyses, evaluation and management recommendations on key strategic initiatives
A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
Ten or more years of experience in strategic planning, setting strategies at the department or organization level.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher.
Experience managing large cross-functional projects with responsibility for results in terms of business outcomes.
Experience with metering or infrastructure (grid or construction) replacement.
Experience developing strategy and/or capability roadmaps for program delivery.
Experience building project plans, including integration across groups to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives.
Experience creating impactful presentations and delivering them to various audiences.
Experience developing or reviewing testimony in support of regulatory filings.
Experience with budgeting, financial analysis and/or planning.
Additional Information
This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days (2) with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.u202f Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.u202f Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
